Hai!
Because there is not this kind of thread yet, I thought why not open one.
You can write , recommend about your favourite games here (Well... with the exception of oddworld games, because I'm pretty sure everyone on the forum knows about them)
However before posting please do with these definitions :
• Max. 10 Game / Post , 4 is Ideal i think (Reason -- We know everyone can have many favourite games but... listing 92-93 games for an example with description is a bit... absurdly long for a sharing thread like this)
• Games can't contain mature content (Reason -- Younger Members exist)
• If you can, write a bit about the game (for an example what kind of game is it and/or why you like it)
Okay, I start
1) Automation
It's a car-engineering game (With detailed, complex but not overcomplexed) mechanics, in this game you build the car from the engine to the vehicle body (and it's semi-realistic too).
Automation is currently in an Alpha Phase and it's developers are planning to add a tycoon part to the game and more realistic calculations (for an example Turbos no longer magicaly increases the horsepower of the engine instead it will increase it realisticy).
So yeah, it's a pretty good game with a bit of complexity (unlike most of the games nowadays) and I'M probaly like it because I like to fiddle with mechanism.
2) Invastion Waves
I can't say much about the game... classic arcade feeling with a few things added.
I realy liked this Arkanoid game in the past, and it was realy fun.... but I think it's a bit outdated now...
3 ) Age Of Empires 2 & 3
It's a good War-Strategy game , I realy liked it in the past, it's maybe not that challenging in singleplayer because in Age of Empires 2 the A.I. ... well the AI is increditibly stupid... (I unable to find nicer words for the game's AI).
But anyways, I had a lot of fun with the series, if you like war-strategy games you maybe like this one too.
4) Okami (PS2)
Well... I should list this as the 2nd favourite because... this is my actualy 2nd game that I realy enjoyed (or 3th if you count the oddworld series as one game)
It's story was realy good, battle mechanism is the best from all RPG games I seen (I just hate the completly random battle-encounter mechanics in other games) , And what else should I say, Well I can't say much because I no longer have any time to continue this post xD.
