Here you can discuss everything related to the music in all Oddworld games, be it Oddysee, Exoddus, Munch etc... I've always loved the music in all of these games and I like how they kept mostly the same background music style for New 'n' Tasty. In fact I think they were only recreated to sound a bit higher-quality. Which was great because it really made it feel like the original game. I hope Exoddus remake's soundtrack will do the same. The ambient music across all these games certainly fit the locations. The music tracks are simple and short but they're really catchy somehow. I don't have any particular favorites music tracks because they're all great, though It's hard to explain, some of the tracks sound almost magical/mystical, I don't know why but there's something very special about them. I mean just listen to this one track from Munch's Oddysee.
All in all I think they did a fantastic job in the music department, it's one of the reasons I really love these games

This is a completely new track composed for New 'n' Tasty it plays in the last area, the boardroom
I think it's pretty cool. The original game didn't have any background music in that area, you could only hear just the alarm sound lol

Yeah, it's simple and pretty good. In original only Slig Action music was heard when you entered to boardroom level, but in timer parts was indeed only alarm sound as your "music" in game.

This is the main menu music of Exoddus, it still sounds very good and makes me think about the upcoming remake, I hope we get some news of it soon

Free-Fire Zone is my absolute favorite song in the whole series It just got that chill vibes but still mystery and fitting for the stockyards

Free-Fire Zone is my absolute favorite song in the whole series It just got that chill vibes but still mystery and fitting for the stockyards I have to agree with this. If I think about Oddworld music, this track usually comes to my mind probably because it's the one that also plays in the main menu of Oddysee and New 'n' Tasty. Really fits well for the Stockyards area.

That's so cool nice job! This makes me think... I wonder how accurately will JAW recreate these tracks in the Exoddus remake? I hope they sound as awesome as here But well if New 'n' Tasty is any indication they will probably sound relatively same as the originals.
